1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Property Rental's services, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

3. Property Listings

3.1 For Landlords

When listing a property, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information about the property
Include only authentic photographs and descriptions
Maintain up-to-date availability status
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Honor the terms and conditions presented in your listings
Not discriminate against potential tenants based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or any other protected characteristic
Ensure the property meets all health and safety requirements
Obtain necessary permissions if you are not the property owner

3.2 For Tenants

When using our Services to find properties, you agree to:

Provide accurate information in rental applications
Use the platform only for legitimate rental inquiries
Respect property viewing schedules and guidelines
Communicate professionally with landlords
Not misrepresent your identity or intentions
Comply with all terms and conditions of any rental agreement you enter into
Respect the privacy and property of landlords during viewings
Provide requested documentation in a timely manner

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Harassing or discriminating against other users
Circumventing our platform's payment system
Scraping or copying content without permission
Using the platform for any illegal purposes
Attempting to manipulate our search algorithms
Posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
Using the Services to promote other businesses without permission
Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
Engaging in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Services

5. Fees and Payments

Users agree to:

Landlords may be charged fees for listing properties, premium placement, or other enhanced services. These fees will be clearly communicated before they are incurred.

5.2 Tenant Fees

Tenants may be charged fees for application processing, background checks, or premium search features. These fees will be clearly communicated before they are incurred.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

You acknowledge that certain information you provide may be shared with other users as necessary for the functioning of the Services (e.g., landlords can view tenant applications).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our written consent.

7.1 User Content

By posting content on our platform (including property listings, reviews, and messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Rental is not liable for:

Accuracy of property listings or user information
Disputes between landlords and tenants
Loss or damage resulting from using our Services
Technical issues or service interruptions
The actions or omissions of other users
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any losses related to rental transactions conducted through or as a result of the Services

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Services in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
We may delete or retain your data according to our Privacy Policy
Any fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law
