How do I list my property?

After creating an account, click "List Your Property" and fill out the property details form. You can upload photos, add descriptions, and choose whether to list for rent or sale.

How much does it cost to list a property?

We offer different subscription plans. The Starter plan allows 1 listing, Pro allows 10 listings, and Business allows unlimited listings. All plans include our core features.

Can I list the same property for both rent and sale?

Yes, you can create separate listings for the same property - one for rent and one for sale. This gives you maximum exposure to different types of potential tenants and buyers.

How do I manage my property photos?

You can upload multiple photos for each property and set a primary image. Use our image management tools to reorder, delete, or replace photos as needed.

How do I contact a property owner?

Each property listing has a contact form. Fill out the form with your message and contact information, and the property owner will receive your inquiry through our secure messaging system.

How do I respond to inquiries about my property?

You'll receive notifications when someone contacts you about your property. You can respond directly through our messaging system to answer questions and schedule viewings.

Is my contact information safe?

Yes, we use secure messaging to protect your privacy. Your personal contact information is only shared when you choose to communicate with other users.

Subscriptions & Billing

What subscription plans are available?

We offer three plans: Starter (1 listing, Free), Pro (10 listings, $29/month), and Business (unlimited listings, $99/month). All plans include AI content generation and viewing scheduling.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
